He sent me a faulty unit. Over month we sent back the unit and we don’t receive the refund.

Buyer has been refunded in full, as the return was processed through the Ebay system.
The unit that was purchased was sold with a limited calibration and the problems were described in the Ebay listing. Return process did take a long time, but this is because this customer is located in France.
