Returns accepted for online orders! Not a problem if you have changed your mind, please send a message through eBay and the return will be arranged for you!

2. Returns are not offered for in person collections. However, testing prior to payment is welcome.
3. Items must be returned in the same condition that they were supplied to you.

5. Items must NOT be altered, dismantled, opened, serviced or tampered with by anyone. This includes removeal of security and warranty stickers & serial numbers.
6. Items used by the buyer may be subject to reduced refund. Shutter counts, camera hour logs and battery cycles are recorded for each item, prior to dispatch.
•For example, a couple of test shots on a camera would be absolutely fine, but if internal/EXIF data shows substantial use, the return may be rejected.
7. Serial numbers, service keys, along with other identifying data is recorded for each item. The item you return must match the item that is supplied to you

1. Items must not be dismantled, opened, or serviced by anyone, unless with prior agreement. All security & warranty seals must remain intact.
2. Accidental damage is not covered.
3. Batteries are not covered.
4. Screen & sensor pixels that are stuck/hot/etc are not covered.
5. General wear and tear is not covered.
6. Internal dust in lenses & cameras is not covered.
5. Any agreement to repairs/replacement will be at our sole discression.
