Ich würde gerne diese Bewertung in eine Negative umwandeln. Eine der Schachfiguren war beschädigt (bereits vor Versand!). Das abgebrochene Teil war nicht in der gesendeten Box zu finden. Der Schaden muss dem Verkäufer also vorher bereits bewusst gewesen sein.
