An exceptionally lovely late 18th C earthenware pitcher! Incredibly charming decoration and fine proportions, in excellent condition, and perfectly evocative of its time! A little beauty. The relief molding is wonderfully accented by remarkable delicate painted details. This is among the most delightful little objects I’ve seen in a long time, and I’m delighted to find it. The seller is both kind and helpful, and very knowledgeable about the unusual, striking pieces he lists. Packing is superb!
