Not happy with the packaging. The crown of the hat was collapsed, the brims bended, the ribbon around the crown was wrinkled. I love hats and have a big collection. It is unfortunate that many people simply do not know how to store hats. I stuffed the hat with the paper to raise the crown and will gently steam it. Hopefully, it will help to reduce the wrinkles. The picture used in the listing is an original stock picture, not the actual item photo. Please show the actual product photo next time.
