Wenn während der Garantiezeit eine Panne auftritt, müssen Sie Desgonztruck, SL benachrichtigen und den unter Garantie stehenden Artikel an Desgonztruck, SL liefern, der das Teil bewertet und einen Umtausch oder eine Rückerstattung des Betrags durchführt. Wenn das Teil nicht defekt ist, erhalten Sie einen Wertgutschein, der gegen vorrätige Teile eingetauscht werden kann.

Die Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf Arbeitsaufwand, Mängel oder Schäden, die durch den Ausfall des Teils, eine mangelhafte Montage oder die Nichtbeachtung der vom Hersteller vorgeschriebenen Wartung verursacht wurden. Alle Ersatzteile haben eine maximale Rückgabefrist von 7 Tagen, sofern sie nicht manipuliert wurden und die Rechnung als Nachweis vorgelegt wird. Danach werden keine Rücksendungen mehr akzeptiert. Gemäß Art. 18 RD 782/98, Weiterentwicklung des Gesetzes 11/97 über Verpackungen und Verpackungsabfälle.

Die Person, die für die Lieferung des/der Abfallbehälter(s) verantwortlich ist, die für ein ordnungsgemäßes Umweltmanagement verwendet werden, ist der endgültige Eigentümer.
