You can't follow pictured instructions which require you to plug in 1 cable. Then claim the unit was defective, request a return, to read the instructions and then close the return. I can't make this stuff up. I call you out on it and that's bad customer service??? You NEVER asked for assistance and just claimed it didn't work. What a joke.
