Very disappointed. Tracking information showed that the package was being held by FedEx due to an incomplete shipping paperwork. Despite forwarding this information and multiple attempts to contact the seller, they provided absolutely no response. I will be contacting eBay to help initiate the refund process. Not impressed with this complete lack of support in trying to remedy a simple shipping error.
