I contacted the seller before leaving negative feedback. The Paw Patrol Skye bear was listed as new. The helmet and jacket were new, but the bear was in poor condition. Both ears had tears, the paw patrol badge was missing, and there was a small puncture on the face. The tuft of hair on top had been chewed on. The seller said the bear was new and suggested a dog got the package while on my porch. The packaging was not disturbed and the clothing covering the bad areas did not have any marks.
