Item arrived as described, but no instructions contained within the box. Thankfully they're incredibly easy to fit so this wasn't an issue for me. They still won't pop open the boot to lift it fully automatically, but if I give it a gentle nudge under the lid with a finger it will then lift it (I do have an after-market spoiler so this is likely the reason why, although they did work initially like they should and then stopped after a couple of times strangely - I'm going to keep them).
