Seller messaged me days after purchasing this claiming they ran out of a color. I said I'd take another color and that was fine. Days after this they randomly refunded my order without explanation. I asked why and they claimed it was because their laser broke. This was a lie as they simply wanted more money and relisted the item for 10 rather than 4. Very unprofessional seller and simply not a nice thing to do. Not recommended.

Unfortunately my laser did malfunction. I tried to use a different color option and the laser did not produce acceptable results. I could have sent an inferior product, but, I opted to refund the entire purchase price. The seller was made whole in a timely fashion, yet chose to respond with negative feedback. This is the only negative feedback I have received in the many years I have sold on eBay. Sellers k would shy away from this negative buyer.
