I am totally angry with the courier because I am yet to get my remote control. I think courier royal mail has an issue with calling customer to inform them of their items. They have visited my property twice and said the entrance was inaccessible. I have received items from Evri for a number of times in the same property. They usually call to say they are around. I will go downstairs to get my items. But royal mail is not like that. They said it has been delivered but I don't know to who.
