I'm sorry you were unhappy with your purchase. The laptop worked fine, the battery must have needed a charge. Had you contacted me at all about the issue I would have happily remediated the situation by offering a return or by sending you a charger. Unfortunately, I never heard anything from you so I was unable to provide any options. Thank you for your purchase!
