Never experienced such an awful transaction. Returned the item but got no refund. Item wasn’t fit for purpose. I spent nearly £10 to return, I spoke with eBay agents to get a “recognised return address” eventually got one that a courier would deliver to. Because the return took so long EBay closed the case! I can’t believe it. Wasn’t my fault I tried to return it as soon as I received it. I have all correspondence with seller and eBay agents, and my proof of postage. Disgusting treatment!
