The base screws fell out during the delivery, so I replaced them with larger screws to hold the lamp to the wooden base. The box was pretty beaten up, but the lamp wasn’t damaged.

Such a beautiful letter opener ! I have an odd love for brass unicorns, amd had been looking for several years for my perfect unicorn letter opener ♡ The tip was quite rough and bent, but I was able to use a hammer to gently hammer it smooth again and you can hardly see it! The package was very beat up by the mail service, even being half open, but the seller had done such a good job on their end that the letter opener was still safely secured inside. Thank you so much!
