This was an honest mistake and as soon as the buyer reached out to me, I offered a full refund immediately and let the buyer keep the jeans. I didn't want them to have go through the hassle of returning the jeans to the post office. My hope is for the buyer to recognize that I went above and beyond to fix any issues they had.
