Generally fine, took a long time to be dispatched but after contacting seller sent item out quickly. However unfortunately was not packaged with protection and arrived damaged, the seller then did not respond to my email. Although the item did come with some nice toys inside the cage which are in great condition, so overall neutral, I think if the item had been packaged better I would have given positive.
