The seller was fine and product was in new condition as described but ended up not working out for me. I needed heel grips bc my shoes are loose on my heels. These heel grips are very thin and soft. They are thinner than expected and would be better suited for shoes that are rubbing blisters and need a thin soft liner. The adhesive seems strong. I am still giving 5 stars bc there was nothing wrong with the seller or product, just did not suit my shoe.
