Item wasn't shipped until a week after purchase. When the item arrived, the housing that protects the wifi components was bent. In addition, the board was relatively dirty (fingerprints and grime) and there was 1 bent CPU pin that I was able to fix. The BIOS was left in Chinese. If you're shipping to the US, it makes sense to switch the language to English before shipping. The language setting in my BIOS was relatively easy to find, in others it's not so easy to locate. You ordered on April 12th, and we shipped on April 13th. We refurbished it before shipping, so it shouldn't be dirty. You should show the dirty pictures. We have checked the pins of the CPU slot to ensure that there are no bends. We do not know how you opened the CPU protection cover. The BIOS is in Chinese, which was our mistake because we only restored the default settings.
