The seller did not send the runner pictured on the eBay site/photo. The seller has not sent a return label - which is what was to happen. Very disappointing. Makes me want to terminate any further shopping on eBay. I will have to take care of this without any help from eBay.

I sent exactly the same runner pictured on the listing but the buyer claims it's not the same, however I accepted the return she left an unfair negative feedback.
