The item I’m writing a review about is not the UGG boots. I had to buy a different item from this seller just to write a review because I can no longer write a review on the different item I’m reviewing. This seller sold me a fake The North Face 700 Nupste jacket and I tried to get in contact with them and they didn’t reply. A real The North Face Nupste jacket has a hood within the collar, the one I purchased doesn’t. And the tags inside the jacket are off.

This user attempted to abuse the return system and return an item over 180 DAYS after purchasing it from me, when I declined their return they decided to deface my page with a negative review claiming the jacket was inauthentic; by purchasing an item and canceling the order just to leave the inaccurate review.
