Contacted seller 2 days prior to delivery to inform them of wrong ship to address. They would not do anything to assist!! That’s about as bad of customer service as there is!!!

Buyer reached out after the order was already shipped to the address provided on file. We already attempted to intercept the package with USPS, but was unable to. We've asked the buyer to also communicate with the post office to attempt the delivery change for their new address and they continuously refused to try.
