Received them. It was supposed to be 7 pieces, only received 4 floormats. The other 3 pieces not included. Contacted the seller and he returned my message with a rude one, He all but called me a liar. He refuses to work with except to offer $2 for every $5 spent. Removed the items from the box rolled up. Layed them out to uncurl and the one for the rear portion split. They are made cheap,thin plastic instead of rubber. Very disappointed and would not put such junk in my Mercedes. BEWARE

Item was brand new, checked before sending, made false claims pointing out how she was a Mercedes owner and acting all high and mighty. I even offered 40% for her to keep but she was rude and wanting to keep the item & get 100% of her money back. She's disparaging my business and it's frustrating to deal with people that can't get their way then run to their bank to open up a case. She'll probably get to keep the item and get her money back. Someone that thinks the world owes her everything
