The CPU is working as a replacement in an old system. The heat spreader has some noticeable wear even compared to the CPU it replaced but this is cosmetic, CPU seems to be working properly arrived with pins intact but they got slightly bent during installation (my fault). Packaging was sufficient to protect CPU, took a bit long to ship compared to other products from China but is comparable to other shipping times from China (it arrived within the expected window).
