Well my experience was poor. I bought a keurig from this seller new just supposed to be open box in new condition but I received the keurig and it worked one day and shut off and didn’t come back on. She said when I asked for a refund she said no returns. So my belief is that she knew it was not working. But I have everything I need to give them a bad report I am going to report it to eBay. I will not recommend any one to buy anything from her again. I have been buying from sellers for years .
