The rooster was in a small box which barely fit the rooster, no bubble wrap it came in 3 usps bags, and I received it broken in many pieces. Reached out to seller because I have an old computer and I don't have an I phone. I was unable to submit pictures to recover the insurance money. The seller wouldn't help me out by submitting the insurance claim. I went to USPS and was told they couldn't do it only the seller, at this point.
