Lovely set of cards. However the box has been crushed at the top as the seller sent it in just a paper envelope with no packaging material to protect it. So it doesn't appear new any more, but damaged.

We will assess the packaging. We've sent 100s, if not 1000s, in the same way with only single figures ever being damaged. We're sorry yours has been one of them. It is difficult to protect these whilst keeping them thin enough to go at the lower postal rate. The best packaging technique would sadly mean these would go at a higher Royal Mail price which we would need to pass this cost on to buyers by increasing the p&p charge.
