This color goes didn't go on the smoothest on me but I'm pleased with the outcome. It's not worst polish I've worked with but certainly not the best. I'm going to try another couple of colors when I get paid again to see if there is any difference! This color when dry reminds me of a plastic finish with dull shine! Looks Great with shiny top coat or even Matified! Thanks so much!
