There ... “The silk is generally in very good condition with on very minor fraying to the edges of it. There are some blue marks down the right hand side of the silk just to the right of the edge of the flag. The are some marks on the flag which help give it the impression of it fluttering which can appear a little grubby due to the age of the silk. There are also some feint marks where it has been stored folded in the past. In addition to this, there is some very minor discoloration on the back of the silk and this does show through to the front in 6 different areas (near the right hand edge, below the right hand corner of the flag, and 4 spots to the left of the flag staff.”
