Hi, I am really sorry for the confusion. eBay deposited funds for this sale before I even bought the shipping label. I found on working to reset this computer that it is really not in as good shape as I thought. I assume eBay is refunding your money—if not let me know and I'll get in touch with their customer service to expedite. Again—eBay did a funds transfer before I even purchased a shipping label so this was unexpected behavior.
