leotard did not remotely fit Sindy so asked to return it & told by seller to close my 'item did not fit' request & open a not as described request. Ebay now inform me this was bad advice. I asked seller for a returns label & was sent one for the wrong weight so I asked her to send correct one & was told 'I am not IT support'. I do not expect to be spoken to like this & it appears will not be receiving a refund unless I pay myself to return it & hope shes a little nicer. Disappointing.

Ok, there is no such thing as an item did not fit request. You opened a 'didn't like it request' when you should have opened an 'item not recieved' request. I advised you to contact eBay as I realised you don't know how to use eBay. You went ahead and closed the original request.
I sent you a perfectly normal label - I've been using them for 10 years. You complained about that too.
Sorry but I want my item back before I refund you.
