Item was not a Nintendo product It was a third party controller in a Nintendo box. It had been opened and resealed instead of new as stated and the controller they sent was defective.

I disagree with this review. While I'm new at selling electronics, the box was not opened or resealed. I believe the buyer is insinuating a bait-and switch which is ridiculous. I have had 100% positive feedback for years and would never do this. I received a message from him saying he was leaving me negative feedback with letting me help fix the situation. He left the negative feedback. Said he was unable to return the item for a 100% refund, which I offered. I refunded 50% anyway.
