Seller sent me the wrong item and now he wants me to pay to ship it back to him in order to get a refund. I asked him if he had the correct item to ship and he couldn’t even answer to that. Ridiculous!

Told customer to start a return, and that I would check to see if i had another phone case, but I do not. the title stated it was for an iPhone 14 pro max, it was mislabeled which I apologized for. never said they had to pay for having it shipped back. once received back I stated I would refund. I understand why they would be upset, and confused.
