This was an ebook which I did not want the the seller cancelled the sale, I think Before I asked them to. I feel this type of customer care is needed and wonderful. Bit like Smith Micro whose customer service answers the phone when you call without "listen the the following waste of your time for our convenience.." BS.I recommend if you have a choice, pick these people first.
