Very disappointing. Cleats catastrophically failed after one use. I would own one broken cleat but see picture. Seller just kept reminding they were perfect when shipped

In the 5 years we've sold on eBay we've always made sure to right any mistake we make with our buyers. However this buyer sent us a photo of an EXTREMELY worn out pair of cleats with multiple holes. When we shipped him the NIKE cleats he purchased they were in good condition, barely worn. This buyer claims they fell apart with holes after 30 minutes of game play. We compared the photos of the cleats we sent and the photos of the cleats he claims are destroyed - they are not the same pair.
