I have contacted them several times with no response. The snow white dress arrived eventually , but when It finally arrived and I opened it the skirt was missing, and the dress was all scrunched up. I have not had any response what so ever. I have now ordered another skirt to go underneath the dress. Very disappointed. 8528martina
