Seller FAILED to provide tracking information so they must have some kind of special powers that enables them to determine when postal deliveries have actually been delivered ??? Unfortunately on this occasion their special powers failed miserably, nice try but I would suggest that in future by dispatching parcels with tracking information is the only proof of delivery and it prevents them from having to forward refunds and receiving negative comments on their feedback profile !
