1st transaction, from many moons ago, went well. Not his one. Seller ceased responding to questions about the easily fixable issue with one of the brifters. Questions asked due to responses about why he never noticed the issue. Added to my 'Never buy from' list.

The buyer found a small resolvable issue with one of the parts. This issue had not presented prior to sending but he assured easy to fix. I apologised & offered to discount, return, refund etc and resolve it.
The buyer did not want refund/return etc and opted to keep the item as it was fixed.
Despite it being resolved they began to persistently badger and hassle to no inherent value. This was not acceptable behaviour & not conducive to an already resolved issue so we disengaged.
