This Vax 121 was delivered promptly but had a crack in the upper casing. I contacted the very approachable seller who said that the machine was not damaged when he dispatched it and I believe him. I am convinced it was damaged in transit by clumsy handling. As the 121 is an excellent machine I wanted to keep it and have repaired the crack with strong adhesive. The seller offered a partial refund which I accepted. I have only used the machine a couple of times but so far it is working fine.
