Battery terminals were corroded and rusted and the unit was non-functional. Even after cleaning the corrosion the unit did not work. My friend was able to get it working by replacing a part and soldering, but this item was not as described. All else about the transaction was OK such as Shipping time, packaging, etc.It should have been disclosed as non functional.
