ASSURANCE CONTRE LA PERTE ET DEGRADATION :

Seuls les paquets envoyés avec assurance ou en recommandé peuvent faire l'objet d'un remboursement en cas de perte ou de dégradation lors du transport. Pour ce faire l'acheteur doit impérativement le refuser à réception auprès de son facteur, et le signaler immédiatement à la Poste : si l'acheteur accepte un envoi détérioré, il n'y a plus aucun recours d'assurance de remboursement auprès de la Poste (je ne me substitue pas à cette assurance postale).

Les envois en LETTRE prioritaire et COLISSIMO de base ne rentrent pas dans ce cas, je ne peux être tenu pour responsable en cas de perte ou de casse avérée lors du transport par la Poste.

Je prête une grande attention à la solidité des paquets et à un envoi au plus tôt après paiement.

REMBOURSEMENT :

Dans certains cas, je peux accepter le remboursement de l'objet vendu, avec les réserves suivantes :

1- La demande de remboursement doit être justifiée,

2- elle doit être faite par message via Ebay uniquement (pas de courrier, ni de mail personnel),

2- Le remboursement ne couvre pas les frais de port retour de l'objet qui restent à la charge de l'acheteur,

3- Le remboursement se fera dès retour de l'objet, qui doit être reçu dans le même état qu'il a été envoyé : pas de remboursement en cas de détérioration dûe à un mauvais emballage pour le retour, j'adresse dans ce cas une photographie du paquet et de l'objet détérioré.

Un retour en recommandé assuré est conseillé pour tout objet d'une certaine valeur, et je ne rembourserai pas un objet renvoyé sans assurance et qui se sera perdu ou arrivera dégradé faute d'emballage adéquat.

4- L'objet doit être posté par l'acquéreur dans les 5 jours ouvrés (lundi à vendredi) après accord donné pour le remboursement,

5- Le remboursement se fera par chèque (pour la France Métropolitaine), ou par Paypal (France et reste du monde).
