Bad. I was sent a book with missing pages (makes the book unusable) and the book breaking apart at the spine, and when I kindly pointed it out, the seller refused me a return. So I filed a return case and the seller accepted by return but then asked eBay to step in after they received it. Thankfully the case was resolved in my favor as it should have been but why didn’t the seller didn’t just do the right thing and give me my money back after I sent the book back? Instead made me waste my time.

I had to have Ebay involved so that I could refund your monies - which took a number of days - I did apologize and I did review the book and found that I had made an error - I am usually very careful with my items forsale as you can see from my previous feedback. Have a wonderful blessed day.
