The items are excellent yes. But sending me an email with a screen shot of the parcel being ready for pickup the same day it was delivered to my parcel locker and asking for feedback is over the top. Doing it twice is unacceptable. People have time to do things and at the end of the day at that time, it didn't matter. How was the postage cost justifiable.
