Product as described! This is flush mount and doesn’t come with a ceiling plate so you may want to purchase one or better drywall expansion screws. This product is light (9lbs) and does come with drywall plugs and screws, over time with normal vibration thus could loosen and fall. Simple wiring diagram and instructions. Install was easy to mount on replacement ceiling fan mount. Fan is quiet and remote works!
