    I tried working with customer and asked them to "request refund" in order for me to fully refund and send a return label for the wrong package through the appropriate channels to protect them as a buyer and myself as a seller. I even offered a free product in return + refund due to my mistake but customer decided to not request refund due to "affecting their account rating". Unfortunately, customer did not want to follow eBay protocols and wanted me to bypass protocols.
