I enquired if the parcel had been posted yet to get a sense of when to expect delivery? Very unhelpful and told me to look at the delivery details? The details were not updated and when I asked for the help as I can’t find the info I was looking for? The reply again was extremely unhelpful- he expressed that he gets so many emails asking questions? I thought well we all have one day in a bad mood but these messages were over two days
