Medal was sent in wrong package (outer sleeve with name and barcode). After several days seller responded that he had the correct sleeve and agreed to switch, then nothing for two weeks. Seller only responded after I started a return through Ebay, and even then did not offer to make the switch. Seller did give a refund, but I had to pay over $3 more for the same item, plus wasted a lot of time.
