Item never arrived. First attempt with sellers to resolve or get refund resulted in a note that there was a delivery failure. Second attempt resulted in a claim the package was lost in Chicago. It wouldn't pass thru the Chicago post office. And the delivery would be months away. After twice asking for refund they sent a note asking if I want them to ship or refund. How many times do you have to ask??

The parcel ship to US from abroad just take 4days, then deliver over 20days by US POST. What we can say. Seller can not control the shipping! And after we received US carrier's message about the parcel lost, we messaged you "the parcel lost, As a responsible seller, we will apply for refund or re-send for you, which one you prefer to?", you missed the message, then ask the update of parcel again, right or not? Now you claim "How many times do you have to ask??" We should ask you why not reply？
