Friend, delivery took a little longer because your package was chosen to go to customs. As you can see delivery to your country took only 4 days and then it stays 5 days at the customs which is very rare case but sometimes happens. We refunded you all the fees you paid for postages as a gesture and comunicate with you every single day until you received your package. Really can't understand why you left us neutral feedback after all? As I said several times we can't control customs...
