Finally had to have EBay step in and handle the situation by forcing a refund. It appears the seller had no intention on shipping the item, but rather keeping my money instead. I should have listened to the previous negative reviews. I’m one to always be understanding, give second chances and see things through, but this seller just failed miserably.
